Modern Day High Priestess:

Reclaiming our ancient authority as spiritual leaders in a primitive world.

Living in a time that is still spiritually asleep, distracted, dormant, or dead the Modern-day High Priestess continuously awakens ancient wisdom into the collective consciousness.

From the moment she could walk and talk she knew she was different. Growing up was confusing and disorienting because people never could acknowledge what made her different and special. She has not been seen or heard and has felt almost invisible in her inner-most power.

All of this caused her to have doubts, listen to the naysayers, and even believe them, while at her core knowing they were wrong. Ignoring her intuition took her down winding paths until she realized, her intuition was the only way.

But for each of these influential women, a pivotal moment comes as we recognize the whole journey has had a purpose and it has been the right path, no matter how messy. It has fortified us and made us into the powerful priestesses that we now are.

We carry our influential role with mastery and responsibility knowing we are one of the many here to facilitate the transformation of paradigms from competitive to collaborative and from scarcity to prosperity.

We know that it is the reclamation of our ancient authority and instilling that into the generations that come after us that will change the paradigm of the planet.

This book is for all individuals who have identified themselves as a high priestess, not discriminating or excluding any gender or identity. Although the feminine gender pronouns are used for description, all are welcome. Blessed Be.

Jennifer Amaral (Carrasco)

I am deeply honored to guide individuals on their transformative journeys, helping them reconnect with their true essence and embody their fullest potential. My work integrates somatic therapy, ancient shamanic wisdom, and holistic practices to facilitate profound healing and alignment of the mind, body, and spirit.

Having trained with the highest shamans in Peru, I bring the sacred traditions of the Andes into my teachings, ceremonies, and retreats. These teachings, combined with my expertise in PSYCH-K, NLP, and somatic movement, create a unique approach to personal and collective transformation. My path is to hold a safe and sacred space where individuals can shed old patterns, connect deeply with themselves, and awaken their innate wisdom.

As a Medicine Woman, Shaman, and transformational coach, I have dedicated over 24 years to this work. My journey also includes a background as a professional athlete, which has further informed my understanding of the body, mind, and spirit connection. Through the establishment of three successful companies, I’ve empowered leaders and individuals globally, spearheaded highly successful women’s retreats, and facilitated transformative group intensives.

Through Insumataq Studio, a sacred container for growth and healing, I offer classes, ceremonies, and retreats that empower individuals to align with their true purpose. The studio serves as a hub for somatic practices, shamanic ceremonies, and transformative workshops that foster deep connection and inner peace.

When I’m not leading ceremonies or workshops, you can find me exploring new cultures, spending time with my family, or deepening my own spiritual practices in nature.
